Fitness Sessions

The Club’s weekly group Fitness Sessions over Summer at the University of Canberra.

The session is designed for the less serious runner and is ideal for anyone looking to get fit in a group environment. The weekly program focuses on core development and tempo work with running up hills, grass work and across campus.

Over Winter these Fitness Sessions are replaced with the Cross Country training.
